Refund

  • All items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Exception: you can be refunded if you are not able to come pick up your items before December 30th, 2020 and if you send an email at info@le4emur.com.

Shipping

  • Canadian deliveries will be shipped with fees applied by Canada post. Le 4e Mur is not responsible for covering shipping costs unless it is specifically noted.
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 days of the order being placed. Once an order is shipped we will send out a tracking email.
  • If you have opted for pick up, the pick up window is open from wednesday december 9th 2020 to wednesday december 30th 2020 included.
    You can come at our location at : 2021 rue St-Denis, Montréal Québec, H2X 3K8 between Monday-Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 2pm to 6pm.
    We will be closed from december 24th to december 27th 2020 included and thursday december 31th 2020.
  • Although we will do our best to keep your packages safe and in good hands, we cannot guarantee anything. Any lost or damaged packages once in the hands of post are the responsibility of the carrier ie. Canada post, UPS, DHL etc. Customers can file a “lost package report” through the corresponding carrier.
